Personalised Products
As our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you, personalised items cannot be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind.
This includes products personalised with names, messages, photographs, logos or other customer requested designs.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at claire@cosycreations.uk with your order number and photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Customer Personalisation
Please check all names, dates and messages carefully before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in personalisation where the information supplied by the customer was incorrect.

Our 50 × 50 × 80mm crystal is designed for one or two faces to achieve the best 3D engraving quality.

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, we may not be able to make changes or cancel an order once production has started.

Some of our products are made from natural materials, such as slate. Because natural materials vary, individual products may differ slightly in colour, texture, grain and edge finish.

As our products are handmade and personalised, there may be small variations between photographs shown on our website and the finished product.
Products made using natural materials, including slate and wood, may have natural variations in colour, texture, grain, markings and surface appearance. These variations are part of the natural character of the material and are not considered faults.

5. Design Proofs
Where a design proof is specifically included with a product, you will be given the opportunity to review and approve the design before production.
You are responsible for checking the proof carefully, including names, spelling, dates and other personalisation.
Production will begin once the proof has been approved.
Where a proof is not specifically included with a product, we do not automatically provide a proof before production.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are agreeing to purchase the selected product at the price shown.
You will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.
We will then process your order for production.
If there is a problem with your order, payment, personalisation, photograph or our ability to fulfil the order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund any payment made for the affected order.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable is the price shown at the time you place your order.
Payment is required when placing your order.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cosy Creations does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
8. Production Times
As our products are made to order, please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched.
Production begins once we have received all information required to complete your order, including any required personalisation, photographs or design approval.
During particularly busy periods, production may occasionally take longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
9. Delivery
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you should expect to receive it within approximately 2–3 working days.
Therefore, you should generally allow approximately 5–8 working days overall for production and delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays with postal or courier services.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Our standard postage charge for mainland UK orders is £3.99. We offer free postage on orders over £50, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Any available delivery options and charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
10. Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because personalised products are made specifically for you, we may be unable to accept changes or cancellations once production has started.
Certain personalised or bespoke goods are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right that applies to many online purchases. Where this exception applies, we will clearly explain it to you.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Personalised products that have been made specifically to your requirements are generally not eligible for return simply because you have changed your mind, where the law allows an exception for personalised or bespoke goods.

- is not as described;
- has been incorrectly made by us; or
- contains an error caused by Cosy Creations
